Wedding at the Vondelkerk in Amsterdam | Winny & Tommy

They met some years ago during a Basketball game in North Holland. He was a player and she was a cheerleader for his team. Though they are both Indonesian they didn’t really spend time together after the game. In 2008 they met again during an Indonesian concert and somehow they ended up in the same group going home. He called her later that week to ask if she wanted to come with him on the first date and that is where this beautiful love story started. Read the full post

Wedding at Hotel Beverland | Desiree & Andre

I like it when I see my clients several times – even better if I have the chance to photograph them several times. With Desiree and Andre I had the chance to photograph them for their engagement session, their civil wedding in December and the final big wedding in the end of June this year. I was more than lucky when I heard they wanted the images of all three days in their album and I enjoyed to really tell the story of their love with those three days covered in the album . My first studio

Conrad and me had 60 square meters on paper (which was maybe 55 in reality) and my old secretary table was standing in our living room. I edited my first sessions on my 13″ Inch Samsung laptop (where I also worked on during my whole study period) and I was sitting somewhere inbetween the TV and the dirty dishes in the kitchen. When we moved in 2010 I got my first little office space as we have a 3 room apartment now. Read the full post

Wedding at Gut Havichhorst | Janine & Max

Well well – I am not only behind with my blogging I am more than behind I don’t even want to apologize for it and start right away with showing you this wonderful wedding.

After my season started with most of the weddings in Holland and Belgium I was happy to document this wedding at my hometown Münster in June. It is always the mix of different cultures and different countries that I like most about my profession as a wedding photographer.

I met Janine and Max for the first time in September 2011. I already liked their description of their wedding day back then. Everything should be really relaxed and natural the pictures and the celebration. We met again some weeks before the wedding to discuss the last details and of course plan B “what if it rains..” as May had been a rainy month. Read the full post
