When you feel like quitting think about why you started.
This week I posted this quote on our workshop Facebook page. And the moment I posted it it got me thinking a little more. Why did you start your own business? Why did you start being a signature brand photographer? Did you ever think about this? Because for the love of your craft (Photography) (putting it into brackets as this post relates to every independent artist or entrepreneur)? Engagement session at the harbor | Steffi & Daniel
Steffi and Daniel are two fun people. "You know we are getting married in the ugliest church ever but I think it is a statement to say we are getting married there." They both work at the same company or as Steffi likes to say "I am the internet shop" as older colleagues who don't have much experience with e-commerce call her like that. These two people have a no-nonsense, fresh and clear idea of their wedding day and do just what we like to recommend to all our couples: be yourself and just do what feels good to you. Don't do things because you have to or somebody says you should. I seriously cannot wait for their wedding later this summer. Here is a glimpse into their engagement session.

How big is the chance to meet the love of your life in the middle of 50.000 people? I mean how big is the chance to find back your mother, sister, or friend in a crowd of 50.000 people.... pretty low right? To find back each other you would set up a meeting point to be sure you wont miss the other but what if you didn't know each other in advance, you head towards one of those beer stands to get a drink and right there you meet the girl you are going to marry. 2009 entschied ich, dass ich lieber 24h für mich arbeite als 8 in einem großen Büro zu sitzen. Seitdem ist einiges passiert. Das meiste kannst du von Beginn an auf diesem Blog nachlesen. Meine Mission ist es jeden Tag mit einem Lächeln aufzustehen, weil ich das tue, was ich liebe. Und wenn ich das kann, kannst du das auch.
