Engagement session at the botanic gardens in Münster | Martina & Lars

It is that time of the year again. Before the wedding season starts we enjoy some time with our wedding couples during their engagement sessions. And the funny thing about this this year is that we have planned several one in Münster and we start to discover this city that we call our home again. Last week we met with Martina and Lars at the botanic gardens in Münster and though we have photographed weddings there before this time we took time to really walk around the whole garden area and found the most special places to photograph.

I planned the shoot over email contact with Martina the weeks before and I send her my Pinterest board with ideas for clothes to wear for an engagement session. When they both walked up to us my heart made a little jump and when she told me that they bought their cute outfits specially for their engagement session I was over the moon with so much dedication for this session. We started at the big castle of Münster and walked towards the botanic gardens talking about their wedding and everything that is already set and still needs to be defined. We walked, we laughed and we just had a good time taking pictures of the two of them. Could our job be any better ?
