Eva und Reinhold heiraten

Am 3.7.2009 war es endlich soweit: Eva und Reinhold haben sich im Havixbecker Standesamt das Ja-Wort gegeben! Bei gefühlten 100 Grad Celsius im Standesamt musste wohl jeder Anwesende ein Tränchen verdrücken. Als stolze Trauzeugin durfte ich nach dem Brautpaar und der anderen Trauzeugin unterschreiben – bei gefühlten 200 Grad Celsius und einem leicht verschwitzten gemeindeeigenem Stift.

Ich wünsche euch beiden alles Glück der Welt und fand, dass eure „kleine“ Feier eine äußerst gelungene Generalprobe für die „große“ kirchliche Trauung nächstes Jahr war.

On July 3^rd Eva and Reinhold (yes those names are really German) married in the town hall of Havixbeck. This “small” wedding (with only 70 people) was only o trial as the big party with white wedding dress, a church and merely 150 guests will be next summer. Now Eva has one year to get used to her new name, to plan the perfect wedding and of course to find the perfect wedding dress. This “small” wedding was really intimate at the register office with almost 100 Degree Celsius and lucky tears in every second eye. I was so proud to be part of the wedding as a witness, as a photographer and as a good friend. I wish to two of you all the best and great love for your whole life. I am so looking forward to your “big” wedding next year; I can almost taste the Champagne on my lips…
