Time and Life Savers – Part 2

This is the second part of my tips for time and sometimes even life savers for your business. You can read the first part here. The first two programs were about saving time during blogging and saving inspiration the second part is about two programs that save me time during the workflow with my clients.

When I first started my business I sent out every single contract by post and the client sent it back to me after they signed. What happened was, that either the contract got lost on the way to the wedding couple or on the way back to me. It took several weeks until I finally had a contract to file and sometimes they stayed for weeks in my purse. Then a photographer friend told me about Sign Now and I tried it. I use it since 2011 and I never returned to a printed contract. What it basically does is, it offers you the possibility to upload your contract, send it by mail to your client, they can fill it in on their computer and when they hit the „signed“ button the contract is sent to their and to your mailbox with all information and their signature.
