I was working out this morning following my 30 days fitness challenge to get in shape for my 8 km run and my ambitious goal to loose 3 kg until I am 30. Which is coming closer and closer and I totally don’t get why I put those two goals on my list in between all the nice goals that I am looking forward to. At the same time I feel a little better each day and secretly I am a little proud of myself that I got this started. And I know some of you might think these are very small goals but for me these goals are a big step and I just wish I will reach them. And I know for sure if I wouldn’t have set these goals, the chances to reach them would be really really small.
So go and set your goals as small as they might seem to be.
