„It all started with love.“, she said as a finishing sentence to end the first day of workshops of the Keepsakes tour 2014.

As you know Conrad and me are part of this year’s tour through Germany translating for Justin and Mary Marantz and helping Philip Landerer of Keepsakes with the organization and smooth handling of the workshop days on location.

How I felt after that first day of translating in a 5 minute rythm all the content about business, lighting, marketing, photography, posing and above all about light ? I felt really excited, dead tired, fullfilled, aching feet, thirsty, inspired, dry lips and sore throat from speaking, happy. Happy to have be brave and get out of my comfort zone and speak (even if it is only a translation) in front of so many people, inspired by these two people who share all their knowledge with all their heart with us here in Germany and excited to be part of this great team on our tour.

The day after the first workshop we had the pleasure to enjoy the sun in the beautiful city of Hamburg before we head to Frankfurt for the second workshop. We even had time to do a cruise around the harbour of Hamburg. Time flies when you are having fun and this day was definitely to short.
